Terms of Use

By accessing the Moon Dasha website, or using the Moon Dasha apps for iOS and Android when they launch, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Moon Dasha provides Vedic astrology calculations, educational interpretations, and self-reflection tools through its website, and will through apps for iOS and Android when they launch. Features may include:

• Birth charts, divisional charts, dashas, planetary strengths, and related calculations
• Compatibility, marriage-timing, transit, panchang, hora, remedy, and moon-phase tools
• Saved reports and account-based synchronization
• In the apps, when they launch, an optional home-screen widget using a chosen city or approximate device location

Accounts use Google Sign-In. When using an account, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years old (with parental consent if under 18)
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Provide another person's birth details only when you have their permission or another lawful reason

You can permanently delete your account and associated saved data from Settings on the website or through the public data-deletion page.

Moon Dasha provides astrological information for education, spiritual exploration, entertainment, and self-reflection. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Never delay emergency help, treatment, legal action, or responsible financial research because of an astrological result.

When the Moon Dasha apps for iOS and Android launch, they will be free, with no advertising and no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If the Pro plan or credit packs are offered in the apps later, these Terms and the relevant store listing will be updated before they are. Your use of the apps will also be subject to applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

Moon Dasha has two plans, the Free plan and the Pro plan. Every calculation, chart, report, and tool is free on both, and you can save as many reports as you like on either. The plans differ only in the AI chat credits they include:

• The Free plan gives you 10 AI chat credits a month, with each month counted from the day you signed up, or from the day a Pro plan ended. You can use them in Lite mode only.
• The Pro plan costs Rs. 399 (INR) a month and gives you 100 AI chat credits for each paid period. You can use them in Lite mode, Standard mode, Pro mode, or Ultra mode.

An answer costs 2 credits in Lite mode, 5 credits in Standard mode, 10 credits in Pro mode, and 20 credits in Ultra mode. We deduct credits for an answer only when it completes, including an answer cut off at the length limit, or when you stop it after text has appeared. An answer that fails, is interrupted, is refused, or comes back empty costs nothing.

Unused plan credits expire at the end of each credit cycle, which is the month counted from your sign-up date (or from the day a Pro plan ended) on the Free plan, and the paid period on the Pro plan. They do not roll over, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. When you upgrade to the Pro plan, you lose any credits left over from the Free plan.

On the Pro plan you can also buy credit packs: 100 credits for Rs. 349, 200 for Rs. 699, 500 for Rs. 1,749, or 1,000 for Rs. 3,199 (INR). A credit pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Pack credits never expire, and we use your plan credits first and your pack credits only after those run out. If your Pro plan ends, you keep your pack credits and can still spend them, but only in the modes your plan at that time allows, which is Lite mode on the Free plan. Pack credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

The Pro plan renews automatically each month until you cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal, but you keep the Pro plan until the end of the paid period you are in. A cancellation made on the website is final and cannot be undone. You can subscribe again once the paid period has ended.

You can buy the Pro plan on the Moon Dasha website, where Razorpay handles the payment. We may also offer it through the Apple App Store or Google Play later. If you buy it through one of those stores, you manage it there, including cancelling it or asking for a refund.

We will not change the price of the Pro plan without telling you before your next renewal.

We do not refund a paid period once it has started, or a credit pack once it has been bought, except where the law requires a refund or, for a store purchase, where the store's own rules do. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's and Google's own policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, birth details, saved reports, location, device storage, and service providers are handled. In the apps, when they launch, approximate location will be optional and requested only after you choose to use current location for the widget, and you will be able to select a city manually instead.

Moon Dasha content, software, calculations, visual design, and branding are owned by Moon Dasha or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, republish, or create derivative commercial products without permission, except where law expressly allows it.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to breach security measures
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use another person's birth information without permission or a lawful basis
• Interfere with service availability, accounts, APIs, or security controls

We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue a feature, and operating systems may delay widget refreshes or background work. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every calculation or interpretation will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moon Dasha is not liable for decisions, losses, injuries, or disputes arising from reliance on astrological content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under the consumer protection law of the place where you live, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Moon Dasha.

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
