Trust and legal
Delete your Moon Dasha data.
Signed-in users can delete their account immediately from Settings, then Delete account, on the website; cancel any renewing Pro plan in Billing first. The Moon Dasha apps will offer the same option when they launch. You can also send one clear request using the form below. We will verify the request and remove personal information that Moon Dasha controls when no legal exception applies.

- 1
Send the request
Use the email linked to your messages or account, if applicable, and describe what you want removed.
- 2
Verify ownership
We may reply with a limited verification question so personal data is not deleted at the request of an unrelated person.
- 3
Receive confirmation
We will confirm the outcome or explain if we need more information, cannot locate data, or must retain a limited record.
What the request covers
Data we control
This may include identifiable account information, support or contact submissions, and server-side records linked to the details you provide, to the extent we hold them.
Data on your device
The website keeps saved birth profiles, recent locations, preferences, and cookies in browser storage. When the Moon Dasha apps for iOS and Android launch, they will keep encrypted cached reports and widget location plus non-sensitive preferences, and deleting your account there will clear its account-linked cache. We cannot remotely clear storage on your device.
Calculation logs
Every chart and compatibility request is logged with the birth details entered, and the log is not linked to an account, so Delete account in Settings does not reach it. Ask here to remove your entries: name the tool, the name you entered and roughly when. We may email you for the birth date so we can find them, then delete the matching records by hand.
Limited exceptions
We may retain limited information when required by law, needed for security or fraud prevention, necessary to resolve a dispute, or present in backups that are not used for normal operations and expire on their own schedule.
Not sure whether deletion is right for you? Read the Privacy Policy or ask a general question on the contact page.
